- Is it a subscription?
- No. You pay once and the Pass lasts 365 days. It never renews by itself.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes, within 7 days if you haven't sent a message yet. Billing mistakes are always refunded.
- Is my payment safe?
- Payments go through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking). We never see or store your card or UPI details.
- Who can I chat with?
- Only people who accepted your friend request. Nobody else can message you.
