Shipping and delivery

GarbaGround sells only a digital service. Nothing is shipped.

Delivery

The Navratri Pass is delivered online, to your GarbaGround account, as soon as the payment is confirmed (usually within a few seconds).
A gifted Pass is delivered to your friend's account in the same way, and they are told who sent it.

If it doesn't arrive

If you paid and your Pass isn't active after 30 minutes, contact us with the payment ID. We will activate it or refund you in full.
