Refunds and cancellation
Last updated: 28 September 2026
The Navratri Pass is a one-time payment for a digital service. Here is when you can get your money back.
7-day refund
- Within 7 days of buying, you can ask for a full refund if you have not sent any chat message with that Pass.
- For a gift or Duo Pass, the refund applies if the Pass you paid for has not been used to send a message.
After that
- Once a message has been sent, or after 7 days, the Pass can't be refunded, except for billing mistakes.
- Billing mistakes (charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or paid but no Pass) are always refunded or fixed, whenever you tell us.
How to ask
- Write to us from the Contact page with your registered email and the payment ID from your receipt (it starts with "pay_").
- We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds go back to the same UPI, card or bank account through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days.
Cancellation
- The Pass never renews by itself, so there is nothing to cancel. It simply ends after its time.
- A refunded Pass ends straight away and chat locks again. Your messages stay until you delete them or your account.
