Terms of use

These terms apply when you use GarbaGround. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

Your account

  • Give true details when you set up your profile, and keep your sign-in method (your Google account or email) safe.
  • You are responsible for what happens on your account. One person, one account.

Dance respectfully

  • GarbaGround is a festival space for everyone. Be kind to other khelaiyas.
  • Don't harass, threaten or impersonate anyone. Don't use names or photos that are offensive, sexual, hateful or someone else's.
  • Don't try to break, overload or misuse the app, or collect other people's data.
  • We may remove content, or suspend or delete accounts, that break these rules.

Chat

  • Chat is for people 18 and older, and only between friends. Sending needs an active Navratri Pass.
  • The rules in "Dance respectfully" apply to messages too. No spam, scams, sexual content, threats or asking for money.
  • We may limit how fast messages can be sent, and may suspend chat for accounts that break these rules. Block and report are always free.

Navratri Pass

  • The Pass is a one-time purchase that gives chat and the listed extras for the time shown on the Pricing page. It doesn't renew by itself.
  • Refunds follow our Refunds page. A Pass is personal and can't be resold; a gifted Pass belongs to the friend who receives it.
  • We may change prices for future purchases. A Pass you already bought keeps its time and features.

Your photo and name

  • You keep ownership of the photo you upload. You allow us to store it and show it to other khelaiyas in the app while your account exists.
  • Only upload photos you have the right to use.

Music

  • Songs play through YouTube's official player and belong to their owners. YouTube's Terms of Service apply when you watch them.

Our app

  • The GarbaGround name, app, 3D ground and idol designs belong to us. You may use them only inside the app for personal, non-commercial use.

No guarantees

  • We work hard to keep GarbaGround running, but the app is provided as it is. It may sometimes be unavailable, change, or have mistakes.
  • As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses from using the app.

Ending your account

  • You can delete your account at any time on your profile page. We may close accounts that break these terms.

Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Changes

  • We may update these terms. If a change is important, we will tell you in the app. Using the app after a change means you accept it.
